Diversity and inclusivity (D&I)

Diversity and inclusivity (D&I) are essential aspects of modern corporate culture. In recent years, the significance of creating diverse and inclusive workplaces has gained significant recognition, as organizations understand the benefits it brings to their employees, customers, and overall business performance.

Diversity refers to the presence of individuals with a wide range of characteristics, backgrounds, and perspectives within an organization. This includes but is not limited to differences in race, ethnicity, gender, age, sexual orientation, disability, religion, and socio-economic status. Inclusivity, on the other hand, refers to creating an environment where all individuals feel valued, respected, and have equal opportunities to contribute and succeed.

Samabhavana Pioneered along with Community Business launched the Diversity & Inclusivity (D&I) Seminar in 2013 followed up with in 2014 & 2015 followed with the Global Conference on CSR- India. the initiative is supported by IBM, which aims to strategize, structure seminars/workshops with the goals of getting the agenda of Inclusivity & Diversity in the corporate boardroom as well as within the Human Resources Framework.
