Our work centres on equal access to economic opportunity, healthcare — including reproductive and sexual health — and protection from gender-based violence and discrimination.
We run awareness and counselling on domestic violence and marital rape, supported by our panel of advocates. Domestic violence includes physical, sexual, emotional, and economic abuse within a domestic relationship; marital rape remains a gap in India’s criminal law, though the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 provides civil legal remedies for survivors.
We run POSH seminars and training for corporates, covering legal framework, reporting and complaint procedures, the role of bystanders, and prevention strategies. Our training uses a gender-neutral approach — recognising that harassment isn’t limited to any one gender — so every employee, regardless of gender identity, understands their role in preventing and addressing it.
In 4 urban slum communities in Mumbai, where fixed healthcare infrastructure isn’t feasible, we run mobile clinics offering confidential family planning, antenatal care, and STI screening. We’ve replicated this model in rural women’s communities across 35 villages in Mathura and Vrindavan, extending the same access to family planning, education, and STI prevention and treatment to women who’d otherwise have none.
Tell us your mandate, your budget, and your states — we’ll show you exactly how 25 years of on-ground delivery turns into audit-ready impact.
